Wisconsin Man Charged After Girlfriend Asked Him to Shoot Her in Forehead

Police say a Wisconsin man charged with murdering his girlfriend allegedly told investigators she requested he shoot her in the forehead, Us Weekly reports.

Lance Devon White, 29, faces one count of first-degree intentional homicide in the death of Alicia Machnik, also 29, according to a probable cause affidavit obtained by Us Weekly.

White allegedly shot Machnik inside a Milwaukee motel room. Police responded to the hotel just before 2:40 p.m. on wednesday, january 14, regarding a deceased individual. First responders found Machnik dead in bed.

During questioning, White allegedly stated the shooting was Machnik’s idea. He claimed she asked him to shoot her in the location of a tattoo of his name on her forehead, the affidavit alleges.

Police observed a single gunshot wound to Machnik’s upper right forehead with an exit wound at the back of her head.

After his arrest, officers recovered White’s state identification card, birth certificate, debit card, and social security card from the motel room.

A motel employee told police he had been contacted by White earlier in the day requesting extra towels.
