The session was ultimately curtailed following a recurrence of the issue that halted running earlier – a loose manhole cover – bringing an early end to track activity.
The disrupted practice sessions highlight the challenges of running on the newly constructed Las Vegas Street Circuit, with concerns over track infrastructure already impacting running time for teams preparing for Saturday’s qualifying and Sunday’s race.
