Both women were 88 years old. The sisters, celebrated for their decades-long career in music, dance, and television, made the decision to end their lives on the same day.
The Kesslers’ deaths mark a poignant conclusion to a life lived inseparably and underscore the growing acceptance of assisted dying options in Germany.
