The rankings, derived from OpenTable diner reviews collected between September 1, 2024, and August 31, 2025, consider a weighted score encompassing diner ratings, the proportion of five-star reviews, reservation patterns – including advance booking percentages and capacity utilization – and direct search volume. The resulting list, while appearing alphabetically, signifies the restaurants most consistently favored by OpenTable’s extensive diner network.
