Seoul, south Korea - November 10, 2025 – KBS’s new romance program, “You Are My Woman,” revealed the occupations of its cast members during its November 10th broadcast, sparking surprise and shifting dynamics amongst the participants. The show centers on relationships between older women and younger men.
An “occupation box” prompted the cast to disclose their professions. Initial guesses from both the older women and younger men ranged widely, with some older sisters questioning if the younger men even had jobs. The revealed occupations included an airplane pilot, chef, florist, and rugby player, alongside professionals like dentists and dermatologists.
Broadcaster han Hye-jin expressed particular enthusiasm, stating, “I’ll go to all of them at least onc. I’ll go to the dermatologist and then go to the dentist…” Hwang Woo-seul-hye noted the older women’s initial concerns about the younger men being students, while Jang Woo-young predicted the revealed occupations would impact the developing love lines. Soobin jokingly commented that a doctor’s profession adds “a little cooler” appeal, a sentiment Jang Wooyoung echoed, stating, “It can’t be helped. Not just anyone can be the director. That’s ability.”
Kim Young-kyung expressed a desire for deeper conversation, and Park Sang-won indicated a growing interest in getting to know someone better. A especially significant reaction occurred when Kim Moo-jin’s occupation was revealed,shocking those at “Yeon House.” Koo Bon-hee admitted to questioning her compatibility with a romantic partner following the revelation, stating, ”I was sure that I was ‘not really the right person’…”
