Berlin‘s Bode Museum Marks 121 Years with Family-focused Festivities
Berlin, Germany - The Bode Museum celebrated its 121st anniversary on saturday, October 18, 2025, with a series of activities designed for families. The museum, a prominent landmark in the German capital, hosted a day of events drawing visitors of all ages.
The anniversary festivity underscores the Bode Museum’s enduring role as a cultural institution and its commitment to engaging new generations. As one of berlin’s most visited museums, the Bode Museum houses a renowned collection of sculptures, Byzantine art, and numismatics. the anniversary events aimed to broaden access to these collections and foster an thankfulness for art and history within the community.
Throughout the day, attendees participated in sketching workshops, inspired by the museum’s exhibits. Families also enjoyed interactive games, including a popular table football setup, adding a playful element to the cultural experience.
