Lambda Legal and Accompany Creative‌ Launch‍ National Ad Campaign, “All Rise,” to Combat Rising Anti-LGBTQ+⁣ Legislation

NEW YORK -⁢ Lambda Legal, a national association dedicated to ⁢achieving full recognition of the civil rights ‍of LGBTQ+ people and ⁤those living⁤ with HIV, today launched‌ a national ad campaign, “All⁤ Rise,” in partnership with mission-driven creative agency Accompany Creative. The ‍campaign ⁢arrives⁢ as anti-LGBTQ+ ‌legislation surges across the United States, mirroring tactics used in the decades-long effort to overturn Roe ‌v. Wade.

The “All Rise”⁢ campaign aims to fund Lambda Legal’s ongoing legal battles against a wave of discriminatory laws.In the⁣ past four years, every state has seen the introduction of anti-LGBTQ+ bills,⁤ with 230‌ becoming law in 27 states – more than half the contry. The‌ campaign seeks to support laws ⁢that protect, rather than ostracize, the LGBTQ+ community in a ⁢political climate characterized by increasingly unfriendly rhetoric.

“The attacks on our ⁣community are happening at every level,” ⁢said Lambda Legal CEO Kevin Jennings. “Lambda Legal is fighting back⁣ in 24 states and at the federal⁣ level. We are the LGBTQ+ community’s last line of defense. During the first Trump governance, Lambda Legal sued to block his executive orders and policies – and won⁢ 86% of the time. So far in the ‌second ⁤trump administration, we have filed 6 suits and notched 4 victories, with 2 still pending. We are used to tough fights and we certainly know how ⁢to win them. I want to⁤ make it clear to ⁤everyone in our community – Lambda Legal has your back.”

Accompany Creative, recognized for its pro bono work with nonprofits, is providing‌ its award-winning team and‍ resources to ⁣the campaign. This ⁢marks the agency’s ⁤third LGBTQ+ focused initiative, following successful partnerships with Nespresso (supporting the Ali Forney‌ Center) and‌ searchlight Picture’s “Next ⁣Goal Wins,” both of which received gold Shorty Impact Awards.
