Ahead of its theatrical debut, Mappa has released a dynamic AMV set to ”Iris out” and a live-action music video featuring Utada and Yonezu, offering fans a final glimpse into the highly anticipated Chainsaw Man: The Movie – Reze Arc. The AMV, available on YouTube, has sparked discussion among viewers who believe it perhaps reveals key plot points from the film’s climax.
The release of these promotional materials comes as excitement builds for the film adaptation of one of Chainsaw Man’s most popular arcs from the ongoing manga series. Dedicated fans are already dissecting the opening movie for Easter eggs referencing creator Tatsuki Fujimoto‘s other works, artwork from the manga chapters, and foreshadowing of events beyond the Reze arc itself.
