Apple to Launch New MacBook Pro 14, iPad Pro, and Vision Pro This Week
Apple is preparing to release its next generation of devices, including a new 14-inch MacBook Pro, updated iPad Pro tablets, and a second-generation Vision Pro headset, starting this week, according to Bloomberg’s Mark Gurman. The launches will be communicated via press releases, rather than a dedicated launch event.
Gurman’s latest “power On” newsletter details the expected rollout of these M5-powered devices. Facts regarding the entire M5 Mac lineup reportedly leaked online yesterday, with AppleInsider noting a refresh of the entry-level MacBook Pro before the month’s end to replace the current M4-based model (currently available on Amazon for $1,399). Higher-end MacBook Pro and MacBook Air models are not anticipated until spring 2026.
While a specific launch date remains undisclosed, Apple is expected to avoid an announcement tomorrow due to the U.S. Columbus Day holiday. This suggests the new iPad Pro,MacBook Pro,and Vision Pro will likely be unveiled mid-week. Details regarding the updated iPad Pro and the second Vision Pro helmet were previously leaked earlier this month.
