Alexander Jay Boyce, 38, has been charged with the felony offense of assaulting a federal officer, according to a criminal complaint filed in federal court.The alleged assault occurred on the evening of October 5, 2025, when Boyce was reportedly part of a group encroaching upon the driveway of the ICE facility.
Law enforcement officials issued multiple warnings to the group, directing them to remain off federal property and initiating a process to clear the driveway.Court documents indicate that,rather than comply with thes directives,Boyce allegedly spat on the officer’s helmet. Federal officers promptly arrested Boyce at the scene.
