Keanu Reeves and Alex Winter Reunite on Broadway in Landmark Waiting for Godot Revival
NEW YORK – Keanu reeves and Alex Winter, best known for their iconic roles in the Bill & Ted franchise, are embarking on a new creative venture together: a Broadway revival of Samuel beckett’s existential masterpiece, Waiting for Godot. Performances begin September 24, 2025, at the Hudson Theater.
This production, directed by jamie Lloyd, marks a significant theatrical debut for both Reeves and Winter, alongside acclaimed actors Brandon J. Dirden and Michael Patrick thornton.The revival promises a fresh interpretation of Beckett‘s classic, exploring themes of hope, despair, and the human condition. The play runs for 2 hours and 15 minutes, including an intermission.
The cast is led by Reeves as Vladimir and Winter as Estragon,the two protagonists who endlessly await the arrival of the enigmatic Godot. The production is photographed by Andy Henderson.
