Upper Arlington, Ohio​ – A man and five teenagers are facing criminal​ charges⁣ following an incident stemming⁢ from a toilet paper prank, according to the Upper Arlington Police Division. The altercation, which occurred on ⁢Nottingham Road on September 5th, ⁢escalated after the teens allegedly toilet-papered the man’s property.
