For non-exempt (hourly), non-sales roles, compensation may include overtime pay, shift differentials, and an annual bonus target, subject to plan eligibility.Exempt,non-sales roles might potentially be eligible for an annual bonus target and long-term incentives,also contingent on plan eligibility and other requirements.
