Globe, unconnected.org Partner to Bring⁢ Sustainable Internet to Rural ‍Philippine Schools

MANILA, Philippines – Globe and⁣ the ⁢global nonprofit⁤ unconnected.org have forged a partnership to deliver sustainable​ internet connectivity‍ to remote schools and communities across the Philippines, aiming to bridge the digital​ divide and foster digital inclusion. The collaboration will leverage community networks to provide access to e-learning⁤ platforms, ⁤digital ⁢tools, and online ‌resources for students and educators, while also opening up economic opportunities for residents.

The initiative addresses a critical need for equitable access to technology, with Globe​ emphasizing that “Connectivity is not just about technology; it’s about equity.
