NEWARK, NJ – All Elite Wrestling (AEW) announced today, August 4, 2025, that its annual Full Gear pay-per-view event will return to the Prudential Center in Newark, New Jersey, on Saturday, november 22, 2025. The announcement follows the success of AEW’s recent “All in” event at Wembley Stadium in London, and builds on the strong fan base in the New York/New Jersey metropolitan area.
This marks the third time in four years the Prudential Center,with a seating capacity of approximately 18,794 for sporting events,will host Full Gear,solidifying its position as a key venue for AEW’s premier events. Previous Full Gear events at the Prudential Center where held in 2022 and 2024.
AEW President and CEO Tony Khan expressed his enthusiasm for returning to New Jersey, stating, “Being around wrestling and being a fan of wrestling my whole life, I know it’s very significant to keep a great relationship with the fans around New York and New Jersey, and we have such great fans in the area.Full Gear is one of the best events every year for AEW and the wrestling fans and I’m very excited to bring Full Gear back to the Prudential Center.”
Ticket sales will be tiered. Premium Early Access Seating goes on sale Monday,August 19,2025,at 10:00 AM ET. A special pre-sale for AEW Insiders begins on Thursday, August 21, 2025, also at 10:00 AM ET. General ticket sales commence on Monday, August 25, 2025, at 10:00 AM ET. The 2022 Full Gear event at the Prudential Center featured significant championship changes, including Jamie Hayter winning the AEW Women’s World Championship, Samoa joe capturing the AEW TNT Championship, and MJF defeating Jon Moxley to become the AEW World Champion. The 2024 edition saw the debut of Big boom AJ against QT Marshall, Daniel Garcia dethroning Jack Perry for the AEW TNT Championship, and Jon Moxley retaining his AEW World Championship against Orange Cassidy.
Full Gear is considered one of AEW’s “Four Pillars” events, alongside Double or Nothing, All In, and revolution.The event typically features multiple championship matches and high-profile feuds, drawing a substantial viewership and attendance.
