Sterling Linked with Juventus and Bayer Leverkusen as Chelsea Sets £20 Million Price Tag

London, UK – Chelsea winger Raheem Sterling is reportedly attracting interest from Italian giants Juventus and German club Bayer Leverkusen, according to sources speaking to ESPN. The england international, who has two years remaining on his contract at Stamford Bridge, has been valued at £20 million ($27 million) by the London club.

Sterling’s future at Chelsea has been a subject of speculation, especially after he was excluded from the squad that secured the Club World Cup title in the United States. He has since been training with the first team at the club’s Cobham base. This follows a challenging loan spell at Arsenal last season, where the 30-year-old winger made 17 Premier League appearances, contributing two assists but failing to find the back of the net.

During his time at Chelsea, Sterling was notably included in a group of players deemed surplus to requirements by manager Enzo Maresca, a situation that preceded his temporary move to Arsenal. While many of his Chelsea teammates are currently enjoying a break following their Club World Cup victory, Sterling has reportedly returned to training and is focusing on the upcoming season.

Even though no formal offers have been presented to Sterling at this stage, both Juventus and Bayer Leverkusen are understood to be leading contenders among the clubs monitoring his situation. The potential transfer signals a new chapter for the experienced winger as he navigates his options in the current market.
