Iga Świątek’s Pasta with Strawberries: Poland’s Viral Food Debate

Iga Świątek‘s Strawberry Pasta Revelation Sparks Global Debate

Polish tennis sensation Iga Świątek, fresh off her third-round victory against Danielle Collins at wimbledon, has ignited a culinary conversation across the continent with the revelation of her favorite dish: pasta with strawberries.

“I have my favorite dish. I ate it often as a child. It’s pasta with strawberries. You should try it. Pasta, strawberries and a bit of yogurt, it’s just delicious,” Świątek shared following her match.

The Wimbledon champion’s unique culinary preference quickly became a trending topic on social media. Notably, Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk joined the discussion, posting a photograph on X of himself seemingly enjoying a plate of pasta with strawberries and cream while watching Świątek compete.

However, Tusk’s post inadvertently fueled further debate, with some social media users scrutinizing the planning of the dish. Comments pointed out that the pasta appeared undercooked, and questions were raised about whether whole strawberries were used.

“What on Earth is happening in Poland that their prime minister posts this on his official account? Are those strawberries on pasta? What is happening in Poland,” one user questioned.

Another commenter in Polish suggested, “He didn’t even cook the pasta.
