FLOWERY BRANCH, Ga. – The Atlanta Falcons have signed running back Jashaun Corbin, formerly of the San Antonio Brahmas, the team announced Tuesday. In a corresponding roster adjustment, the Falcons released rookie running back jase McClellan.

Jashaun Corbin made a name for himself in the UFL, leading the league in rushing yards during the 2025 season. Over 10 games wiht the San Antonio Brahmas, he rushed 97 times for 514 yards and four touchdowns. He also caught 18 passes for 138 yards. Corbin’s versatility extended to special teams, where he gained 252 yards as a kick returner, totaling 904 all-purpose yards, the third-most in the UFL .

He played in six games for New York, recording one carry for 1 yard and three receptions for 12 yards before being placed on injured reserve before the 2024 season.

Corbin’s college career included two years each at Texas A&M University and Florida State University from 2018-2021.
Falcons Release Jase McClellan
Jase McClellan, drafted by the Falcons in the sixth round of the 2024 NFL Draft out of the University of Alabama, was released to make room for Corbin. McClellan appeared in two games during his rookie season, playing 19 offensive snaps and eight special teams snaps.He recorded five carries for 17 yards in Week 7 against the Seattle Seahawks and eight carries for 15 yards in Week 11 against the Denver Broncos. McClellan was placed on injured reserve in Week 15 due to a knee injury.
