Madrid, Spain – Cellnex Telecom, a leading European telecommunications infrastructure operator, has announced key changes to its leadership structure. The Board of Directors has appointed Xavier Pujol as the new Secretary General and Secretary of the Council. Moreover, the company has proposed the appointment of Luis Mañas as an independent director, subject to approval at the General Meeting of Shareholders scheduled for May 9 in Madrid.
