2026 NBA All-Star Celebrity Game: Picks, Rosters & Preview

The NBA All-Star Celebrity Game is set to tip off Friday evening in Indianapolis, marking the beginning of the 2026 NBA All-Star Weekend festivities. The game, broadcast on ESPN, will pit Team Antetokounmpo against Team Anderson in a showcase of athletic and entertainment talent.

Team Antetokounmpo, coached by Giannis Antetokounmpo, along with his brothers Alex and Thanasis, and Mookie Betts, boasts a roster that includes Detroit Lions wide receiver Amon-Ra St. Brown, former NBA players Jeremy Lin and Tacko Fall, and actor Rome Flynn. Flynn, who earned MVP honors in the 2025 All-Star Celebrity Game with a 22-point performance, returns as a key player. The team also features Jenna Bandy, Shams Charania, Keegan-Michael Key, Rick Schnall, Dylan Wang, Cafu, and Glorilla.

St. Brown’s inclusion brings a proven athlete from another professional sport. In 2025, he finished seventh among NFL pass catchers with 570 yards after the catch, suggesting his agility and speed could translate well to the basketball court. Fall’s 7’6” stature presents a significant challenge in the post, while Lin brings nine seasons of NBA experience, including his memorable “Linsanity” run with the New York Knicks in 2011-12.

Team Anderson, coached by Anthony Anderson, Lethal Shooter, and Chris Brickley, features a different mix of personalities and athletic backgrounds. Former NBA player Jason Williams, known for his flashy passing style during his career with the Miami Heat – where he won a championship in 2006 – will be a focal point. The roster also includes Chargers wide receiver Keenan Allen, rapper Badshah, Cody Jones of Dude Perfect, Olympic sprinter Andre De Grasse, Suns Chairman Mat Ishbia, Simu Liu, Mustard, Adrien Nunez, Taylor Frankie Paul, and Nicolas Vansteenberghe.

Allen, who played basketball in high school, offers another athlete with a background in the sport. However, analysts suggest Team Antetokounmpo possesses a clear advantage in overall talent and experience.

The NBA’s 2025-26 regular season broadcast schedule, announced in August 2025, features games on Disney (ABC/ESPN/ESPN Radio), NBCUniversal (NBC/Peacock), and Amazon (Prime Video). The season began with a doubleheader on October 22, 2025, featuring the Cleveland Cavaliers visiting the New York Knicks and the Dallas Mavericks hosting the San Antonio Spurs, marking the debut of first overall pick Cooper Flagg. The regular season is scheduled to conclude on April 12, 2026, with all 30 teams in action.
