Crystal Palace defender vows to stop Salah's danger

Dutchman Patrick van Anholt has vowed to stop the Egyptian international Mohamed Salah, the star of Liverpool, in the match that will bring the two teams together.

Liverpool host Cristal Palace on Saturday at Anfield at 5 pm in the 23rd round of the Premier League.

"Yes, I always want to play for the best, and Salah is one of the best players in the league," Anholt told Sky Sports on Friday.

"It's my time to stop Salah and make sure he does not score or play well," the 28-year-old said.

Salah, 26, leads the Premiership with 14 goals, equally with Spurs striker Harry Kane and Arsenal striker Pierre Emeric Obamyang.
