YouTube is expanding its Business Central Strategy and Operations team with roles in New York and San Bruno, California, as well as Singapore, focused on driving growth within the creator and partner ecosystem. The team’s core functions include planning and business operations, incentives design and operations and regional strategy for the Americas, EMEA, and APAC.
A newly advertised Central Strategy and Operations Analyst position, as well as a Product Activation Manager role, will support these efforts. Candidates should have at least three years of experience in a strategy and operations or consulting capacity, along with experience working with executive stakeholders and proficiency in data analysis tools like SQL.
The Product Activation Manager position, based in Singapore, will partner with YouTube APAC Partnerships teams. Both roles emphasize the activation of key YouTube products at scale and the optimization of central incentives systems to ensure sustainable success for both YouTube and its partners.
According to the job posting, the US base salary range for the Analyst position is $118,000 to $170,000, in addition to bonus, equity, and benefits. Google states that individual pay within this range will be determined by factors including work location, job-related skills, experience, and education.
The company emphasizes its commitment to diversity and inclusion, stating it is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer. Google also notes that English proficiency is a requirement for all roles unless otherwise specified.
