The incident unfolded around 8:39 PM, as a user shared two photos on the platform Threads, lamenting, “What’s more miserable than not avoiding the rain, and that.” The first image depicted a person’s left leg, seemingly in distress near a road sign’s iron pole.
Netizens, while expressing sympathy for the individual’s predicament, were quick to highlight the positive aspect of friendship. The Observatory had issued yellow and red rainstorm warnings throughout the evening, accompanied by strong winds in some areas.
