Yelp Acquires AI Lead Management Platform Hatch for $300M

Yelp is strengthening its AI capabilities by acquiring Hatch, an artificial intelligence-powered customer communication platform.

the online business directory announced the deal on Wednesday, January 21, stating it will use Hatch’s lead management solutions to better support service businesses adopting AI.
