Yamaha Unveils Self-Balancing MOTOROiD₂ Motorcycle at Japan Mobility Show
Tokyo – Yamaha Motor Co. today debuted the motoroid₂ at the Japan Mobility Show, a revolutionary motorcycle concept capable of self-balancing and autonomous operation. The motorcycle, an evolution of Yamaha’s prior MOTOROiD concept, demonstrated the ability to remain upright without rider input, bending and adjusting its chassis to maintain stability.
The MOTOROiD₂ represents a significant leap in personal mobility technology,signaling Yamaha’s commitment to addressing evolving transportation needs and potential rider skill gaps. The concept aims to enhance rider safety and accessibility while exploring the future of human-machine interaction in motorcycling.
