Xbox Games Delisted: February & March 2026 Removals Confirmed

February 12, 2026 Rachel Kim – Technology Editor Technology

Five Xbox games are scheduled to be removed from the Xbox Store in February and March 2026, including Yakuza 3 Remastered, which will be delisted on February 12th, according to announcements this week.

The removals span a range of genres and publishers. Alongside Yakuza 3 Remastered, NBA 2K Playgrounds 2 and WWE 2K Battlegrounds are both slated to be delisted on February 20, 2026. The delisting of Jurassic Park Classic Games Collection is scheduled for March 31, 2026, less than three years after its 2023 release. A smaller, independent title, SunnySide, is also facing removal, with the developer citing concerns about the quality of the Xbox version and a lack of resources for further updates; a specific delisting date for SunnySide has not yet been announced, but is described as “imminent.”

The delisting of Yakuza 3 Remastered coincides with the upcoming release of Yakuza Kiwami 3 & Dark Ties. However, players who wish to continue playing the remastered version of Yakuza 3 will still be able to do so through the Yakuza Complete Series bundle. The bundle includes all of the remastered Yakuza titles, offering a comprehensive collection for fans of the franchise.

Although the games will be removed from the Xbox Store on the specified dates, players who have already purchased NBA 2K Playgrounds 2 and WWE 2K Battlegrounds will be able to continue playing them online until July 9, 2026, when the game servers will be shut down.

The developer of SunnySide stated that the Xbox version is “not in a state that we’re proud of” and that they are unable to “meaningfully update or improve it,” leading to the decision to remove it from the store.
