The FIM Superbike World Championship (WorldSBK) has expanded its broadcast reach with new agreements in Portugal and Greece ahead of the 2026 season. DAZN will carry coverage in Portugal, while ANT1+ will become the home of WorldSBK in Greece, both platforms broadcasting all 12 rounds of the championship.
The Portuguese deal with DAZN includes live coverage of all races, as well as the WorldSSP (Supersport World Championship), the new WorldSPB (sportbike) category, and the FIM Women’s Circuit Racing World Championship (WorldWCR). The agreement will cover the two Portuguese events at the Autódromo Internacional do Algarve in Portimão, scheduled for March 27-29, and the Circuito do Estoril, taking place October 9-11.
The expansion of broadcast partners coincides with significant Portuguese interest in the upcoming season, as Miguel Oliveira prepares for his debut with BMW. Oliveira begins his first WorldSBK campaign at the season-opening round at Phillip Island in Australia this weekend, according to reports. He has been testing with BMW, with his pace reportedly improving at Phillip Island, as he adapts to Superbike racing.
In Greece, ANT1+ will provide live and on-demand coverage of WorldSBK, WorldSSP, WorldSPB, and WorldWCR. Highlights from each round will also be aired on ANT1 TV. The opening round in Australia will be available for free on ANT1+.
These new broadcast deals follow a recent multi-year renewal of Sky Italia’s partnership with WorldSBK. Motul continues as the title sponsor of the championship, with an agreement extending through the end of the 2026 campaign and associated sponsorship continuing through 2030.
