World Spa Awards Celebrate Industry Leaders for 2025
The World Spa Awards recently announced its winners for 2025, recognizing excellence in the global spa and well-being sector. The awards highlighted innovation and dedication across a range of categories, signaling continued growth and evolving standards within the industry.
Natura Bissé reclaimed the title of “Best Spa Brand of the World,” having previously won the award in 2021.Aromatherapy Associates was again recognized as the “Best Aromatherapy Brand of the World.” In the luxury hotel sector, Mandarin Oriental secured the “Best Hotel Spa Brand in the World” title for the fourth year running, with 14 of its properties collectively earning 16 individual awards.
Six Senses also saw success,recovering the title of “Best Wellness Retreat Brand of the World” for a second time,alongside individual accolades for six of its locations.
This year’s awards introduced a new category – “Best World Longevity Program” – reflecting the increasing global interest in wellness focused on extending vitality and well-being. The inaugural award went too advanced longevity of SHA Mexico, lauded for its innovative approach combining expert-led therapies, nutritional guidance, and lifestyle orientation.
New spa openings also received recognition. The Royal Mansour Casablanca Spa in Morocco was named “Best New Hotel Spa in the World 2025,” while the One & Only spa Kéa Island in Greece won the prize for “Best New Spa Resort of the World 2025.” Garrya Mù Cang Chải, Vietnam, took the title of “best New Wellness Retreat 2025.”

Further winners included the Guerlain Spa at One & Only Aesthesis,Greece,named “Best Urban Spa of the World 2025”; Lanserhof Tegernsee,Germany,awarded “Best Medical Spa in the World 2025”; Surrenne in The Emory,England,recognized as “Best Private Club Spa of the World 2025”; and the Ritz-Carlton Spa in The Ritz-Carlton,Hong Kong,celebrated as “Best Spa of Excellence in Service 2025.”
