A new basketball court officially opened in Winnipeg‘s Eaglewood Park this week, providing a dedicated space for the city’s growing youth basketball community. The court is expected to serve the 300 children currently registered in the Winnipeg Minor Basketball Association’s spring and summer programs.

The Eaglewood Park court is one of three new basketball courts opened in Winnipeg this year.The project received $213,000 in funding from the federal government.
Maybe the next basketball superstar will come from here at Prairie Point.
