Wheeling Women’s Golf prepares for Regular Season Finale at Bull dog Fall Classic
The Wheeling University Women’s golf team heads to the Katke Golf Course at Ferris State University this weekend for the 2025 Bull Dog Fall Classic, their final regular season tournament before the conference championship. The two-day event will see the cardinals tested against a field including Ferris State, Grand Valley State, Saginaw Valley, Tiffin, Gannon, and Walsh.
Ella Keffer leads Wheeling into the tournament, coming off a 14th-place finish at the recent event where she shot a three-day total of 161, beginning with a strong opening round of 78. Keffer has consistently led the team this season, recording scores of 160 or better in three of the first four events.
