Vermont State Police Arrest essex Resident for DUI on I-89
Berlin, VT – On September 16, 2025, Vermont State Police troopers assigned to the Berlin Barracks arrested Jack Donahue, 29, of essex, Vermont, on suspicion of driving under the influence. The arrest stemmed from a traffic stop on Interstate 89 northbound in Berlin.
