Valentina “Guarén” Torres clarifies she had facial harmonization

“Cuando la gente me pregunta si es que me operé la cara, si es que realmente renací, pues no. Solamente me hice una armonización facial,” said Valentina Torres, known as Guarén, addressing her followers on social media in November 2026. In a video shared with her audience, she invited followers looking at her unfiltered face to take note of the clinic where she received the procedure, commenting, Mucha gente me está preguntando por Instagram ‘¿qué te hiciste?’ Acá está el dato (…) Miren, estoy sin filtro.

Aroca Clinic, the center responsible for the aesthetic work, published a comparative before-and-after showcasing the reality star. The clinic emphasized in its statement that the transformation relied on consistency and an established long-term plan rather than a single-day fix, noting that la constancia lo cambia todo, miren nada más a la ‘Guarén’. The visual comparison set side-by-side a photograph of Torres at age 22 and her current appearance at age 27.
