Authorities have identified a Member of Parliament, identified as Oleh Kulinich, as central to a bribery operation concerning electronic warfare systems. The National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine (NABU) and the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor’s Office (SAPO) led the investigation.

President Volodymyr Zelenskyy detailed the findings, stating that the investigation involved extensive evidence. “We are seeing concrete facts of how bribery happens,” he remarked, highlighting the seriousness of the allegations.

Drone Funds Embezzled by Brigade
