Udinese Calcio Elevates Hospitality with Michelin-starred Chef Emanuele Scarello
Udinese Calcio is redefining teh sports hospitality experience with a new partnership: renowned multi-Michelin-starred chef Emanuele Scarello, of the acclaimed Amici di Udine restaurant, will lead the gastronomic direction for the Club House’s skybox and President areas on match days.
Following triumphant collaborations, Scarello will now permanently oversee the culinary offerings in these exclusive spaces, curating menus and collaborating with a roster of leading Italian and international chefs. This initiative extends Scarello’s culinary vision – previously showcased at Amici di Udine, Amici Rovinj, and Amici after Dopolavoro – beyond regional borders while remaining deeply rooted in the Friuli Venezia Giulia region.
Scarello’s philosophy, centered on creativity, respect for local producers, and showcasing the territory’s bounty, will be central to the enhanced experience offered to guests. A key element of this vision is Amici & Guests, a series of unique culinary collaborations featuring Scarello alongside esteemed colleagues, promising unforgettable dining experiences.
This partnership solidifies Udinese Club House’s position as a leading corporate hospitality venue in Serie A, rivaling the most prestigious European clubs.The Club House, already known for its welcoming atmosphere, sophisticated design, and comfort, now adds high cuisine to its offerings.
