Pallacanestro Trieste is celebrating a triumphant year, with key executives and innovative projects recognized by the Lega Basket Serie A (LBA). The league recently announced its seasonal awards, and Trieste secured multiple accolades, highlighting the organization’s commitment to excellence both on and off the court.

Executive Leadership Recognized

President Paul Matiasic and General Manager Michael Arcieri have been lauded for their leadership, earning significant recognition in the LBA’s executive categories.

• Paul Matiasic: Placed third in the “Executive of the Year” category, which honors the best executives in the league.
• Michael Arcieri: Secured second place in the “Sport Manager of the Year” category,recognizing the best managers.

These awards, voted on by industry insiders, demonstrate the level of esteem enjoyed by the red and white club in the basketball world, both for the results achieved on the court through careful planning and for the seriousness and fairness with which it operates in all circumstances.

Marketing and Digital prowess

Beyond executive achievements,Pallacanestro Trieste also excelled in the marketing and digital realms,showcasing their innovative approach to fan engagement and brand building.

• Marketing project of the Year: First place for “Fight As one – The Rebound” project.
• Digital Project of the Year: Third place overall.
