Tivoli Reopens Under Strict Surveillance After Staff Sobriety Concerns

A local Tivoli, initially scheduled to open Thursday, faced a delay due to concerns over staff sobriety. Reports from Folkbladet indicated that intoxicated staff members were unable to safely construct the attractions.
