A Dollar General employee was stabbed during a robbery at the store’s York City location on Monday, November 11, police said. the suspect remains at large.
The stabbing occurred at the Dollar General on the 1000 block of west Market Street around 4:30 p.m. The employee was transported to a local hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. This incident underscores ongoing concerns about retail worker safety and the potential for violence during robberies,prompting a police investigation and a public appeal for facts.
According to police, the robber is believed to be more than 6 feet tall, with a medium complexion and brown eyes.
