LONDON – vicky Pattison, 37, has revealed a close-knit atmosphere amongst her Strictly Come Dancing co-stars while launching her new Autumn/Winter collection with Matalan. The Newcastle-born star, currently competing on the BBC ballroom series with professional partner Kai Widdrington, 30, shared insights into the show and her plans beyond the dance floor.
Pattison’s new clothing line,available at Matalan,focuses on inclusivity with sizes ranging from 8 to 22. “The collection is fun, affordable, fashionable and caters to sizes ranging from 8 to 22, so we’re really advocating for inclusivity,” she stated. “I think there’s something for every woman of every shape to feel gorgeous and incredible.” She emphasized her hands-on involvement in the designs,ensuring the range reflected her personal style and included “loads of really flattering soft tailoring,different hem lines going on,gorgeous sparkles,jumpsuits.”
The television personality hosted a launch dinner last week to celebrate the collection, prioritizing accessibility and versatility.”I want women to put on this range and feel like they’re going to have the best night of their lives with the mums from school, or meet the man of their dreams, or they’re going to have a night to remember at the boozy brunch,” she explained.
pattison, who first found fame 14 years ago, noted a shift in her lifestyle, trading a previously wild social life for “quiet nights in and success on the Strictly dance floor.” She has been vocal about her enjoyment of the Strictly experience and the supportive surroundings fostered amongst the contestants.While details of her post-Strictly plans remain under wraps, Pattison’s focus remains on delivering accessible and empowering fashion choices for women.
