Top 10 Swim Programs Converge in Knoxville as Tennessee Hosts First Home Meet
KNOXVILLE, Tenn. – The University of Tennessee swim and dive program welcomes Louisville and Auburn to the Allan Jones Intercollegiate Aquatic Center this weekend for their first home meet of the season. The competition promises a high level of athleticism, featuring nationally ranked teams and a showcase of emerging talent from the Lady Vols and Volunteers.
Louisville’s women’s team enters the meet ranked No. 7 nationally, while their men’s team is No.12. Auburn is also represented with both their men’s and women’s teams, currently ranked No. 20 overall.
Following a challenging season-opening meet at no. 2 Texas, the Tennessee teams are eager to compete on home turf. Several Vols and Lady Vols delivered standout performances in Austin, setting the stage for an exciting weekend.
