Sciences Po & Télécom Paris Launch Dual Degree Bridging Tech & Social Sciences
PARIS - Sciences Po and Télécom Paris have announced a dual degree program designed to equip students with a unique blend of technical expertise and social science acumen. The program, open to students in master’s programs at the Sciences Po School of Management and Impact, awards graduates two recognized degrees: one from Sciences Po and an engineering degree from Télécom Paris.
The initiative combines in-depth understanding of societal issues with cutting-edge skills in engineering and digital technologies. Graduates will be prepared for careers in consulting, institutions, large digital companies, the financial sector, energy and industry, and international organizations.
“This dual degree program is pioneering in its approach, combining the understanding of technological tools, their functionality, programming, and limitations, with an understanding of their impact on society and business through the lens of social sciences and management,” said Natacha Fleece, Dean of the School of Management and impact at sciences Po.
Bertrand David, Dean of studies at Télécom Paris, added, “This dual degree aims to train individuals who can speak and understand technology, but who also have the right mindset to tackle the social and societal challenges of the digital revolution.”
The program offers students a complete training experience, a sought-after profile in the job market, access to an extensive network across both institutions, and enhanced employability.
