LEGO⁢ Announces Record Six⁤ New Sets From LEGO Ideas platform, including E.T. and ‌Ramen Bowl

BILLUND, Denmark – October 28, 2025 ⁣ -⁤ LEGO today announced a landmark decision, greenlighting six projects from its LEGO Ideas platform too become official ⁢sets – ​the most ever approved in a single review phase. the selections span nostalgic favorites, cultural icons, and ​surprisingly ⁣unique concepts, demonstrating the breadth and creativity of the LEGO fan community.

Among the⁢ winning designs is a Power Rangers Megazord by TrumanBricks, catering to fans of the 1990s television series. Perhaps most unexpectedly, a bowl of ‍Japanese ramen, designed⁣ by Micdud, also earned approval,​ showcasing LEGO⁢ Ideas’ willingness to embrace unconventional ideas.

The⁢ approved sets also include: La Catrina de yop 1172,⁤ a ‌figure from Mexican folklore; The ​Smurfs’ village by The Half Blood Baron; and a set‍ bringing back ‌the extraterrestrial ⁣from Steven Spielberg’s E.T. thanks to ⁤Lafabrick.Downton Abbey Castle by⁣ BRO3, previously held in the “LEGO Parking lot” – a holding area for further evaluation – received the final green light.

This declaration follows a first review phase⁤ in 2025 ​that considered 57 creations. While six projects were approved, three – a Daft Punk concert by RobotRock, a Golden Girls creation by Martin_Studio, and⁢ an adaptation of The Old Man and⁤ the Sea by Iyan ​ha – were placed in the ‍LEGO Parking lot for further consideration. The remaining 48 projects will receive ‌a consolation prize of $500 in ‍LEGO products.

The LEGO Ideas ⁣program allows‌ fans to submit their own LEGO designs,‍ and projects that reach 10,000 ​supporters ‍are considered for official production. Currently, a second review phase is underway wiht a record​ 146 projects having reached ⁣the required support threshold,⁣ with results⁣ expected in⁤ the first quarter of ⁣2026.

Successful creators receive a 5% commission on each ⁤set sold, as⁢ well as five copies of their finalized ⁢design. The approved ⁢sets are anticipated‍ to be​ released in 2026 following⁣ finalization by ‍LEGO designers.
