New Picross Games to Feature Classic Capcom & SNK Franchises on Switch
Picross fans are in for a double dose of puzzle action, as Jupiter has announced two new entries in the Picross S series coming to Nintendo Switch on November 27, 2025: Picross S Capcom Classics Edition and Picross S SNK Classics & NEOGEO Edition. Both titles will offer a wealth of pixel art puzzles based on iconic characters and properties from the renowned Capcom and SNK catalogs.
The Picross S series is known for its challenging nonogram puzzles and collaborations with popular intellectual properties. These new editions continue that trend, bringing beloved franchises to the Picross format. picross S Capcom Classics Edition will include puzzles themed around Street Fighter, Mega Man, Ghouls ‘n Goblins, Breath of Fire, Final Fight, and more. picross S SNK Classics & NEOGEO Edition will feature puzzles inspired by Metal Slug, Fatal Fury, King of Fighters, and other titles from SNK’s history.
Each game will include a variety of Picross modes – Picross, Mega Picross, Color Picross, Clip Picross, and Extra – alongside art galleries and grid guidelines. A future update will add compatibility with Mouse Mode on the upcoming Switch 2 console.
Both Picross S Capcom Classics Edition and Picross S SNK Classics & NEOGEO Edition will be available for $17.99 / €17.99 / £16.19 each.
