GRAND FORKS,N.D. – No. 6 North Dakota aims for its fifth ⁣consecutive victory and a ⁣series sweep of Arizona State tonight‍ at Ralph Engelstad Arena, with ‍puck ⁢drop scheduled ⁤for 6:07⁢ p.m. Central Time. The Fighting ⁣Hawks (8-3-0, 4-1-0 NCHC) defeated the Sun Devils (3-7-1, 1-3-1 ⁤NCHC) Friday ‌night and ‌seek to build momentum in conference play.

This weekend’s series represents a crucial chance for north Dakota to ‌solidify its position in the National collegiate Hockey Conference standings and‌ continue​ its strong start to the season. A sweep would ‍extend the ‍team’s winning ⁢streak and‍ further establish its presence‌ as a top contender. The ⁢all-time series ‌between the two programs is currently tied at 2-2-0.
