Phoenix NIDDK Branch Updates Visitor & Enrollment Procedures
PHOENIX, AZ – The National Institute of Diabetes and Digestive and Kidney Diseases (NIDDK) Phoenix Epidemiology Clinical Research Branch (PECRB) at the Translational Genomics research institute (TGEN) has announced updated procedures for visitors and badge enrollment, effective instantly. These changes aim to streamline the process for researchers and personnel requiring access to the facility, located at 445 N. 5th Street, Suite 210, Phoenix, AZ 85004.
The PECRB serves as a critical hub for epidemiological and clinical research focused on diabetes, digestive, and kidney diseases. The updated protocols are essential for maintaining security and ensuring efficient access for those contributing to this vital work. Individuals needing badge enrollment must now schedule seperate appointments for enrollment and badge issuance, a change designed to improve processing times.
Visitors are required to present two forms of identification, one being a state or federally issued photo ID. Parking is available in the visitor lot south of the TGEN building, with entry from 5th Street. Badge Enrollment and Badge Issuance are handled by Boast Pecrb, NIDDK, in Room 2D05, and are available by appointment only.
