Petra Genco’s routine centers around a high-protein breakfast, a strategy experts say is crucial during a life stage often marked by weight gain.
According to Public Health France, half of women aged 45 to 65 are overweight or obese. Genco’s go-to breakfast takes approximately five minutes to prepare: three scrambled eggs cooked in butter, half a diced avocado, and a generous serving of fromage blanc, sometimes with a few strawberries.
