KUNA: Kuwait City – ⁣A team of​ women recovering from cancer celebrated a victory over Al-Fatta​ Sports Club today,Thursday,October 30th,in a friendly match designed to spotlight the importance of early detection and active lifestyles⁤ in the fight against breast cancer.

Organized by the National Cancer Awareness Campaign (CAN) under the “Pink lifeline”⁤ initiative, the event aimed to raise awareness among women ⁤about ⁢the benefits ⁤of physical activity in preventing and⁣ managing the disease. The match showcased the resilience and strength of cancer survivors, emphasizing the positive impact of ⁤sports on‍ both their physical and psychological well-being.Obesity is a known risk factor for breast cancer, and regular ⁣exercise plays a crucial ‍role in maintaining a healthy weight and improving⁤ overall quality ‍of life for those affected.

The game featured a strong showing from the recovering women,who demonstrated dedication and effort on​ the court.
