1860 Munich Coach Kauczinski Reports Positive Team Development Ahead of Ulm Clash
ULM, GERMANY – TSV 1860 Munich coach Michael Kauczinski expressed optimism regarding his team’s progress as they prepare to face SSV Ulm 1846, despite a noticeable disparity in performance between home and away matches. Kauczinski acknowledged the team’s three home wins contrasted with two away defeats, stating, “We have no clarification as to why things aren’t going well away from home. We try to focus on the processes, on hard work and on the game!”
The coach believes 1860 Munich is on an upward trajectory, especially highlighting the positive form of returning player Kevin Volland. He pointed to recent victories against Aubstadt and Passau, and emphasized the team’s response to their loss against Regensburg with a focused win against Saarbrücken. “It was a deserved win and a good performance from us. we showed that the game in Regensburg was a slip-up,” Kauczinski said.
