IEEE WCNC 2026: Call for Panel Proposals – Drive the Wireless Conversation

Submitting Your Panel Proposal

- Participant Information: Include details for each proposed panelist, highlighting their expertise and relevant experience.
Panel Structure and Logistics
To maximize discussion and ensure a productive session, the following structure will be implemented for all accepted panels:
- Panel Size: Each panel will be limited to a maximum of four participants, in addition to the moderator.
- Moderator Role: The conference organizer will serve as the moderator for each panel. Only one moderator will be assigned per panel.
- Moderator-led Questions: The moderator is responsible for establishing the core questions to be addressed by the panelists.
- Time Allocation: Each panel will occupy a single 90-minute (1h30) time slot within the main conference program.
- Conference dates: Panels will be held in parallel with other technical sessions during the WCNC 2026 conference, from April 14th to 16th, 2026.
- Introductory Presentation: the moderator will deliver a 10-minute introductory presentation to set the stage for the panel discussion.
- Panelist Presentations: Each panelist will have 10 minutes to address the posed questions. Presentations should be concise and adhere to a strict 6-slide limit (including a cover slide and one slide per question). Time control will be strictly enforced.
