Humphries defeated Krzysztof Ratajski 3-1, while Anderson overcame Joe Cullen with a clean 3-0 sweep.

“I am really happy with this win. Stephen came back well, but I managed to stay focused on my own game,” Noppert stated after his victory, adding, “I started well tonight. My starting doubles were better than my first game. The double top worked today and it saved me a lot!”
Thursday’s Round Two matches will feature a clash between reigning champion Mike De Decker and World Champion Luke Littler, alongside encounters between Gerwyn Price and Josh Rock, Jonny Clayton and Luke Woodhouse, and Dirk van Duijvenbode against Daryl Gurney.
