Guardians of the ball Launches Web3 Fan Loyalty Program Backed by Polkadot
Guardians of the Ball has launched a global fan loyalty ecosystem, Guardians ID, powered by Polkadot’s multichain infrastructure. The platform aims too gamify the football experience, offering users check-in at games and events, collectible badges and exclusive NFTs, and access to digital prizes and real-world benefits like cashback on merchandise and tickets.
Integration wiht Polkadot ensures interoperability, scalability, and trust across the Guardians of the Ball metaverse – encompassing digital stadiums, live experiences, and official partnerships. Blockchain technology verifies fan interactions transparently,enabling clubs and brands to create customized campaigns,rewards,and digital assets.
The launch was developed in collaboration with the Polkadot Blockchain Academy (PBA), the educational arm of the Polkadot ecosystem.

Guardians of the Ball’s virtual world features 3D recreations of real stadiums, art galleries, mini-games, live broadcasts, statistics, and sports betting. The platform connects football institutions with fans and provides brands and sponsors with integration opportunities.

Guardians of the Ball and Polkadot aim to lead this transformation, offering fans a key to the world of football and providing clubs, leagues, and brands with a direct connection to a global, verified audience.
